Factory Line Worker

Our factory in Mombasa is seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team as Factory Line Workers. As a line worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling and packaging products, and ensuring the quality of our products. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work full-time in Mombasa, Kenya
- No English language skills required
- Part-time positions available for students or individuals with other commitments
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery according to safety guidelines and company standards
- Assemble products accurately and efficiently on the production line
- Package finished products for shipment or storage
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality control standards are met
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Mombasa, Kenya (candidates from other countries are welcome to apply)
