A reputable fashion company in Mombasa is seeking a skilled Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating and altering clothing items according to customer specifications. You must have excellent sewing skills and knowledge of different fabrics and garment construction techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Study and interpret customer requests to create or alter clothing items
- Take accurate measurements and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit
- Select appropriate fabric and thread for each project
- Operate sewing machines, sergers, and other equipment to complete tasks
- Follow established quality standards to ensure high-quality finished products
- Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and other team members to achieve desired results
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Adhere to safety guidelines while working with machinery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Proficient in using industrial sewing machines, sergers, and other equipment
- Strong understanding of different fabrics and garment construction techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to take accurate measurements and make necessary adjustments for perfect fit
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work on various projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
