Shaper Assistant in Mombasa, Kenya



We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Shaper Assistant to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Shaper Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced Shaper to assist in the shaping and finishing of surfboards. This is a full-time job without the requirement of previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for students or those looking to gain experience in the surfing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Shaper in shaping and finishing surfboards according to specifications
- Prepare materials and tools for shaping process
- Sand and finish boards using various techniques
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Passion for surfing and knowledge of different surfboard shapes and designs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Valid work permit or eligibility for free visa and ticket to Kenya
