Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall administrative and operational functions of the office
- Supervise and support other administrative staff members
- Create and maintain office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for the team
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval when needed
- Oversee office supply inventory and order necessary items when needed
