Hotel Sales Manager - Mombasa, Kenya



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our hotel. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales executives and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales executives, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Participate in promotional events and exhibitions to promote the hotel's services
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry in Mombasa is preferred
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Must have valid work permit/visa for Kenya (visa sponsorship may be provided)

This position offers a competitive salary package of $1100 per month along with other benefits.
