Concierge Coordinator
City: Mombasa, Kenya
We are seeking a reliable and organized Concierge Coordinator to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions and services
- Make reservations for dining, transportation and other activities upon request
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the local area
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience
- Monitor guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Fluent English proficiency required; additional language skills preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Salary:
1500$ per month
