We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our growing team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of machines to produce high-quality products. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient production and maintain the quality standards of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production requirements
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and detect any malfunctions
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for quality standards and make adjustments as needed
- Record production data such as quantity, type of product, and any issues encountered
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while operating machines
- Cooperate with the team members and supervisors to achieve production goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of machines and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
