Senior Accountant


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Eldoret. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company. This includes preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Manage tax filings and audits
- Train and mentor junior accountants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Salary: $1300 per month

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Part-time options may also be available for the right candidate. This position does not include accommodation but we can provide assistance with finding suitable housing. We also offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for candidates who require it.
