Registered Nurse (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications and treatments, and educating patients and their families on health and wellness. This position is suitable for men who have a biometric passport and are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the medical team
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Adhere to all nursing standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in India
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Compassionate, caring, and empathetic demeanor
