Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team in Eldoret. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across long distances, maintaining the safety and integrity of the cargo, and ensuring timely deliveries. This is a full-time position that requires a biometric passport for travel purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Transport goods over long distances while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the truck and report any maintenance issues
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit
- Plan routes and maintain communication with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a long haul truck driver
- Familiarity with truck maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport for international travel
