Indian Personal Trainer in Eldoret, Kenya


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Indian Personal Trainer to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients of all ages and fitness levels. Your main goal will be to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through proper exercise techniques and nutrition.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess their fitness level and discuss their goals
- Design customized workout plans based on clients' needs, abilities, and preferences
- Demonstrate exercises and provide guidance on proper form and technique
- Motivate and encourage clients during training sessions to ensure maximum effort and results
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition for achieving their fitness goals
- Keep detailed records of client sessions, progress, and any necessary modifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout environment at all times
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and certifications related to personal training

Requirements:
- Must be Indian with valid work visa for Kenya (preference given to candidates already in Eldoret)
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Personal Trainer (certifications preferred)
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals
- Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate clients from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of various exercise techniques and equipment
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs
- Basic understanding of nutrition principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if needed

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
