Light Driver

A reputable transportation company in Eldoret is seeking a skilled and reliable Light Driver to join our team. As a Light Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and/or passengers to their designated locations. This role requires a valid driver's license and previous experience in driving light vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate light vehicles, including cars and small trucks, to transport goods and/or passengers
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
- Plan routes to ensure timely deliveries
- Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure proper maintenance and report any issues
- Load and unload cargo as needed
- Maintain accurate records of trips, miles driven, fuel purchases, etc.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding pickup and delivery times
- Adhere to all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
- Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license for light vehicles
- At least 2 years of experience as a Light Driver
- Good knowledge of Eldoret roads and traffic patterns
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed
- Must have own transportation to get to work
