As the restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including menu planning, budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain our high standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients.
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items that appeal to our diverse clientele.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
