This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Eldoret. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on site at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
