Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Eldoret. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies, analyzing sales data and trends, and ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and attract customers
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions regarding product placement and promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching displays and promotional materials
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked, priced, and displayed according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and standards
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of visual displays
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data
- Creativity and a keen eye for design
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Eldoret, Kenya (open for all nationalities)
