English Tutor

We are in need of a dedicated and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Eldoret. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and proficiency levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills by developing personalized lesson plans and providing feedback on their progress.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students
- Developing personalized lesson plans based on the student's proficiency level and learning objectives
- Teaching grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and other aspects of the English language
- Providing feedback on the student's progress and areas for improvement
- Communicating with parents or guardians regarding the student's performance
- Keeping track of attendance and lesson materials used

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
- Knowledge of various teaching techniques and resources for teaching English as a second language
- Ability to work with students of all ages and proficiency levels
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work full-time with flexible hours
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Salary: $1500 per month
