Part-Time Babysitter in Eldoret, Kenya


We are in need of a caring and responsible Babysitter to join our family in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing safe and nurturing care for our children on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for the children
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children according to their dietary needs
- Help with basic household duties such as light cleaning and laundry related to the children
- Engage the children in age-appropriate activities that promote their physical, social, and emotional development
- Ensure that the children follow their daily routines, including nap times and homework completion
- Monitor the children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues in a calm and respectful manner

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Babysitter or similar role is preferred but not required
- Must have a positive attitude, patience, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Must be comfortable working with young children of different ages (infant to school-aged)
- Non-native English speakers are welcome to apply

Working Hours & Compensation:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The compensation will be based on an hourly rate of 1500 Kenyan Shillings per hour. Accommodation can be provided for non-local applicants.
