Are you a skilled Mason looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! Our construction company in Eldoret is seeking a reliable and experienced Bricklayer to join our team.

As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing brick, stone, and concrete structures. You will use your expertise to lay bricks, blocks, or stones according to blueprints or specifications. Your attention to detail and precision will ensure that our structures are strong and durable.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or drawings to determine materials needed
- Prepare mortar by mixing cement, sand, and water
- Lay bricks, blocks, or stones in rows or patterns
- Cut or trim bricks or blocks to required size using hand tools
- Use levels, rulers, plumb bobs and other tools to ensure structures are level and aligned
- Fill joints between bricks with mortar using trowels
- Clean excess mortar from finished work
- Repair cracks or damage to existing brickwork

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason/Bricklayer
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy materials
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Good hand-eye coordination

Preferred:
- Canadian nationality (foreigners with valid biometric passports are also welcome)
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Experience in masonry without formal training/education is acceptable
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
