We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing hair cutting and styling services to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and discuss their hair care needs
- Provide consultation on different hairstyles and suggest suitable options
- Perform haircuts, trims, and other hair styling services
- Use various tools such as scissors, clippers, and trimmers to achieve desired results
- Shave beards and mustaches using appropriate techniques
- Clean and sanitize tools after each use
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in men's grooming and hair care products

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Barber or Hair Stylist
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen to clients' needs
- Knowledge of different hairstyles, cuts, and beard grooming techniques
- Must be able to use various tools effectively and safely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have a valid barbering license/certification (if applicable)
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team
