We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Eldoret. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks on our properties, ensuring they are in good condition and meet safety standards. You will also be responsible for completing any necessary renovations or improvements to our properties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. Canadian or Kenyan nationality preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Complete all repairs and maintenance tasks assigned by the property manager
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as repairing furniture, installing shelves, etc.
- Handle plumbing duties such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, etc.
- Address any electrical issues such as changing light fixtures, replacing outlets, etc.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets safety standards
- Communicate with property manager to update on progress and any potential issues
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance
- Ability to use various tools and equipment safely
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills
- Biometric passport preferred
