Personal Trainer
Location: Mombasa, Kenya


We are currently hiring a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Mombasa. As a Personal Trainer, your main responsibility will be to provide personalized fitness training and nutrition guidance to clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to determine their fitness goals and create personalized training plans
- Lead individual or group fitness sessions, incorporating a variety of exercises and equipment
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their training plans
- Provide education on proper form, technique, and safety during workouts
- Offer nutrition advice and create customized meal plans for clients
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Keep track of client records and update them regularly
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or relevant certification in personal training or related field
- Knowledge of different exercise techniques, equipment, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and encourage clients
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
