We are seeking a skilled and experienced Miner to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Miner, you will be responsible for extracting valuable minerals and ores from the earth through various mining techniques. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in potentially hazardous conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate mining equipment such as drills, excavators, and loaders
- Use explosives to extract minerals from the earth
- Inspect mining areas for safety hazards and report any issues
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of daily production and expenses
- Collaborate with geologists and engineers to determine the most efficient mining methods
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations set by the company

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a miner or in a similar role
- Physical strength and stamina
- Ability to work in confined spaces and in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Biometric passport required

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1100 per month, paid on a bi-weekly basis.

Accommodation will be provided for out-of-town miners.
