We are hiring an Entry-Level Foundryman to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining foundry equipment and tools to produce metal castings according to specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain foundry equipment such as furnaces, sand mixers, and molding machines.
- Prepare molds by following blueprints and drawings.
- Pour molten metal into molds using ladles or automatic pourers.
- Remove finished castings from molds and inspect for defects.
- Grind, chip, or polish rough edges of castings using hand tools.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents.

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but some knowledge of foundry processes is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physically fit to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a hot and noisy environment.
