Rental Operations Coordinator
We are a rental company in Eldoret seeking a Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the Rental Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our rental operations, including managing inventory, coordinating deliveries and pick-ups, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of rental equipment and supplies
- Coordinate delivery and pick-up of rental items
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain records of rental transactions and ensure accuracy
- Monitor equipment maintenance and repairs
- Train new employees on rental procedures and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in rental operations or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus
- Must be physically able to lift and move heavy objects
