Milling Machine Operator


We are currently hiring a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret. The ideal candidate should have experience operating and maintaining milling machines, as well as a strong understanding of milling machine operations and safety procedures. This position involves working with various materials and producing parts according to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate milling machines to produce high-quality parts
- Maintain and troubleshoot milling machines to ensure smooth operation
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating parts
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of milling machine operations, tools, and materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to adhere to them at all times

Additional Skills:
- Experience with computer numerical control (CNC) machinery is a plus
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Attention to detail for precise measurements and quality control
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Working Hours:
