Job Title: Milling Machine Operator



We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to shape and cut metal or plastic materials. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, open to all candidates regardless of nationality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform various machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Select proper cutting tools and speeds for each job
- Maintain machine tools in good condition and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and complete necessary documentation
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during production process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Eldoret, Kenya (accommodation provided)
