Entry-Level Mechanic

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using appropriate tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide exceptional service
- Keep track of inventory levels and order necessary parts as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or training in automotive technology preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on job performance.

We do not provide accommodation for this position. Applicants must be able to secure their own housing in Eldoret.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this position; however, previous training or education in automotive technology will be considered an asset.
