We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As part of our growing hotel chain, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective management of the sales team and implementation of strategic sales plans.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
- Prepare accurate sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to mentor and develop a team
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings or weekends as needed
