As a Hotel Concierge, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a memorable and comfortable stay. You will be the main point of contact for guests, assisting with any requests or inquiries they may have. This position requires fluency in English and is open to both experienced professionals and beginners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel and its amenities
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services for guests as requested
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events to make recommendations to guests
- Monitor guest requests to ensure timely completion and follow-up when necessary
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain a tidy and organized concierge desk area at all times

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
