A reputable retail store in Malindi is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure pricing and product information is accurate
- Handle exchanges and returns in accordance with store policies
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Working hours: This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.

Salary: 1800$ per month

Nationality preference: Indian nationals preferred, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

English proficiency: No English language skills required.

Experience level: Experience preferred but not required. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Malindi.
