Land Surveyor

We are in need of a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Malindi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, location of structures, and topographical features. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate records of survey data and creating maps and reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine land boundaries and topographical features
- Prepare accurate records of survey data, including measurements, notes, and sketches
- Create maps and reports using survey data
- Perform calculations to determine property lines and elevations
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure survey data is used effectively
- Maintain proper care and maintenance of surveying equipment
