Entry-Level Merchandiser in Malindi


We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Malindi. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked correctly in retail stores. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting retail stores to ensure proper product placement and displays
- Setting up and maintaining product displays according to company guidelines
- Rotating stock and removing expired or damaged products
- Communicating with store managers to discuss sales trends and promotional opportunities
- Conducting inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies
- Assisting with product ordering and restocking as needed
Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but a passion for the retail industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills for interacting with store managers and customers
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month.
