Kitchen Steward

As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area. You will work alongside the kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner. You will also assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and cutting vegetables, to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.

To excel in this role, you should have good physical stamina and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a dishwasher or kitchen helper is preferred but not required. We are open to hiring Indian nationals who are willing to relocate to Malindi for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using manual or mechanical methods
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Work quickly and efficiently to keep up with busy kitchen demands

Requirements:
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food safety principles
- Prior experience as a dishwasher or kitchen helper is preferred but not required
- Willingness to relocate to Malindi for this opportunity
