Online Malayalam Tutor


We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Malayalam tutor to join our online tutoring platform. As a tutor, your main responsibility will be to provide high-quality virtual lessons to students who are looking to improve their Malayalam language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online classes with students of various ages and proficiency levels
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to individual student needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Utilize creative teaching methods to make learning engaging and effective
- Monitor and track student attendance and participation
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methods
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:
- Native or fluent speaker of Malayalam language (Malayalee preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in education, linguistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in teaching Malayalam as a second language
- Familiarity with online tutoring platforms and virtual teaching tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient, friendly, and passionate about helping others learn
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Malindi, Kenya (open to remote work)
