Loader Supervisor

We are in need of a Loader Supervisor to join our team in Malindi. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring efficient and safe handling of materials. You will also be responsible for training and supervising a team of loaders, ensuring proper procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali and intermediate English
- Prior experience as a loader or in a similar role
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month with accommodation provided. This position is open to both Nepali nationals and foreigners.
