We are in need of an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint or other coatings to industrial equipment, buildings, or structures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and must possess excellent painting skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding to ensure proper adhesion of paint or coatings
- Select appropriate paints or coatings based on surface type and environmental factors
- Mix paints and other materials according to specifications
- Apply paint or other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish by following proper painting techniques
- Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials and working at heights
- Maintain painting equipment and tools in good condition
- Communicate any issues or concerns with supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter
- Excellent knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and their application methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with hazardous materials
