Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. You will work with a variety of materials and products, so attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures is crucial. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in machine operation and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Maintain accurate records of production data and maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in machine operation preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and instructions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods of time

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Malindi, Kenya (accommodation not provided)
