Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Malindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes budget management, scheduling, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing subcontractors and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee the hiring and management of subcontractors and team members
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project resources effectively
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with construction software such as Procore or PlanGrid (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
