Construction Manager
Location: Malindi, Kenya

A reputable construction firm in Malindi is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage various building projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. Responsibilities will include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality control and safety standards are met. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Fluency in English is required, but knowledge of other languages such as Malayalam or French would be an asset. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month with no accommodation provided. Biometric passport is preferred for international travel. Canadians and Malayalees are encouraged to apply.
