Construction Manager

We are in need of an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our upcoming projects in Malindi. Our ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction and project management, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Create and manage project timelines and budgets
- Monitor and control project progress, including quality control and safety standards
- Procure necessary materials, equipment, and labor for each project
- Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project plans
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare regular reports for management on project status, budget updates, and any other relevant information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Proficient in using project management software
