Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Meet production targets within specified timeframes

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience working in a factory setting preferred
- Ability to operate production machinery and use basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to conduct quality checks effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
