Job Title: Seamstress in Malindi - Contract Position



We are seeking a skilled and talented Seamstress to join our team in Malindi on a contract basis. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments and ensuring that they meet our company's standards.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut fabric according to patterns or customer measurements
- Sew pieces together using various stitching techniques
- Adjust fittings and make alterations as needed
- Press and finish garments to ensure a polished appearance
- Inspect final product for quality control before delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress, preferably in a similar setting or with relevant training/education
- Ability to use sewing machines and other tools proficiently
- Knowledge of different stitching techniques, fabrics, and garment construction methods
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent time-management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques or styles
