IT Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Information Technology department for our company in Shan, Pakistan. This includes overseeing the implementation and maintenance of all hardware and software systems, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems in the company
- Managing a team of IT professionals, including assigning tasks, providing training and development opportunities, and evaluating performance
- Ensuring the security and integrity of all data and information systems within the company
- Developing and implementing technology strategies to support business objectives
- Collaborating with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for their implementation
- Creating and maintaining IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Managing relationships with external vendors for IT products or services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Shan, Pakistan (Preference for Pakistani candidates)

Employment Type: Contract (without accommodation)
