The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our company's computer systems. This role requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer networks including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures
- Install and update software systems on company computers
- Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure data integrity and security
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and system optimizations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator or similar role (1+ years)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN configurations, routing protocols (BGP), VLANs
and VPNs
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS (2008/2012/2016)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Shan, India

This is a full-time position suitable for male candidates. Accommodation will be provided along with free visa and ticket for non-local candidates. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
