QA Engineer - Shan, Canada


We are a leading software development company in Shan, Canada and we are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and have experience working in an Agile environment. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and working closely with the development team to resolve issues. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. This role is suitable for men who have experience in software testing and do not require accommodation. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Canadians are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test plans based on project requirements
- Identify and document bugs using bug tracking tools
- Work closely with the development team to resolve issues
- Perform regression testing to ensure quality of software updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual and automated)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
