Teamlead - Customer Support (Shan, Pakistan)
As a Teamlead for our customer support team in Shan, Pakistan, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of customer service representatives. Your main goal is to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and have a positive experience with our company. You will be the main point of contact for any escalated customer issues and will work closely with your team to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure high-quality customer service
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and work towards finding a resolution
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the customer support team
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in processes or training
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Teamlead or Supervisor within a customer support environment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and motivating teams
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience using CRM software or other ticketing systems is preferred
