Job Title: Database Administrator


A rapidly expanding company in Shan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our company's databases. You will work closely with our development and IT teams to ensure that our databases are running efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, upgrade and maintain database software.
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot any database issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data protection.
- Develop and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and implement new databases or changes to existing ones.
- Ensure database security by implementing access controls, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
- Continuously monitor the health of the databases and proactively identify potential issues before they become critical problems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator.
- Proficiency in SQL language.
- Experience with database administration tools such as Oracle, MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan (open for all nationalities)
