Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Assist clients with product selection, orders, and other inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist clients

Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred

- Proficient in using various online platforms for communication purposes
