Entry-Level Moderator



We are a fast-growing online platform seeking an Entry-Level Moderator to join our dynamic team in the beautiful city of Shan. As a Moderator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of user-generated content on our platform. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$, perfect for students or individuals without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and standards
- Respond promptly to user reports and take appropriate actions, including removing inappropriate content or suspending accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content moderation processes and policies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in reviewing large volumes of content
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for maintaining an online community that is safe, inclusive, and engaging

Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience moderating online communities or possess knowledge of social media platforms and their policies. However, this is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is necessary. We welcome applications from all nationalities.
