Facade Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Facade Engineer to join our team in Shan, Malaysia. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. This includes analyzing building plans, selecting appropriate materials, overseeing construction processes, and ensuring that the facade meets safety and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze building plans and determine appropriate facade design
- Select suitable materials for the facade based on cost, durability, and aesthetic factors
- Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure proper installation of the facade
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facade is secure and functioning properly
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction or maintenance
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design and construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Salary: 1100$ per month
